Started a new game just cause I forgot where I was up to...
Noticed that there is still a Picture load of the wrong type of display when you peek at Lisa after turning around and then peeking after she gets home. Sometimes there will be a pic load of her changing into the Red Bikini dispite it well, being DAY 1. And clearly haven't bought the Bikini for her yet.
Minor issue, but yeah.

PlZ help.. how can I use these save files??
I copy the files paste them on the saving folder of the game "BigBrother_AnotherStory-0.08.0.05-pc\game\saves"
but all I got is my previous saving only

How do I get her to get punished?

Even if I don't help with homework she never gets punished

It depends on where you are in the game. But I will respond according to the post from me that you mentioned.
I'm assuming you're at the point where Lisa has been to Olivia Topless twice on Friday night:
At this point in your game, there are two ways to help Lisa with homework. The first thing in conversations is that you have the chance to do Lisa's homework by mistake. Then select this option.
In the next case, Lisa tells Max that she is doing her homework. So do not stop this and choose an option that will allow her to do her homework. Do this several times. Lisa is sure to be punished at least once a week.

Recreate by having everything installed (Extra, Patch, Updatefixes)
Start game.
Get to Day 2 (meant to say that sorry, Day 1 is the talk by the pool.)
Wait till 4pm in Bedroom.
Turn around, then create a Quick Save.
Then Quick Load a peak until you see it...

The usual reason is, Because it normally doesn't happen. And also because the save file contains some - but not much - informations about the game itself.
And you said the magic word: "sometimes". That's bad for every dev. In that case a save file, where it actually did happen, helps a lot. In that case the save would have informations about the flags that lead to that situation.

It might have taken less time to just post the file

Sometimes she gets punished randomly for misbehaving, once unlocked (you should be past that point for a long time now), you can also sabotage her homework.

The request for a save file is because no matter what happened, we want to reconstruct exactly what happened in the players' game and find out that factors were involved in making it happen.
Even if we can do it again ourselves, it is better to use the save file of the players for whom the reported event happened.

Yes, you can kick Eric out of the house.
Mentor will continue, but it's not finished yet and I don't think it will be finished for quite a while. If the storyline of this game follows the original in any way, there is still a lot to come.

The "mentor" opportunity ends in all three game paths in this version of the game. But the "Blackmail material on Eric "opportunity in path of fake friendship will not end
