where is incest?

Tracy's scenes are technically incest since you are occupying her brothers body.

Breast enlargement, Butt enlargement, Penis enlargement in H scenes, this happens by taking special pills (can also make you out of control horny.
In the story there is also general enlargement and shrinking by these pills but shrinking is not used except in one lesbian threesome scene.

The new content requires a save from when you play as scarlett. When you dance for Burt you can let Angel or Devil control you. If you pick Angel you can posses Burt, if you pick Devil burt gets shot.

There is no incest. The guy dies and basically comes back into bodies of live people. His mother is not really in the game and he doesn't have and sister etc. So not needed.

You had the choice at the party to spill megan's drink I think and leave with her, or to play with them sleeping, after that I think you needed to go to school or to nick's apartment.

I did not get the option to spill Megan's drink. I danced with her and then everyone passed out.
Nick's apartment is not an option on my map, and there's nothing to do in the school.

I think it's because one of the characters that you can process sleeps with his sister. But you are the one controlling the situation. It's not like the brother would sleep with his slster if it wasn't for you controlling him.

Same here. I can duplicate that same result. This is after the party where everyone passes out & the trophy is stolen. All you can do is go back to Ander's apartment & go to sleep wWhich is what the hint says. In the morning when you wake up & look at the hint, it says the same thing "The party is over. It's time to go sleep." Going to school and going to all classes doesn't do anything & you can't go upstairs.
