You level up dex by training in the shooting range (top option) until your Dex no longer increases.
And you don't invite her to the shower, she invites you to the spa. (Unless you mean a quest I'm not aware of)

It wasn't my choice to have this pop up in the latest updates section. And it's not a "story everyone is spinning" the game just jumped straight to ending out of nowhere. It is blatantly obvious the dev just didn't give a shit anymore

Yes, seems a usual mistake (people confounds stellar systems with galaxies).
AFAIK, Shelter is tagged as complete.
So was Inside Jennifer, but neither game was finished, they just put a bow on it and said its done.
