all I can recommend is to keep going to the pub every night until she shows up and hope she is there. also make sure to have dealt with other villains

have you helped Frollo get laid? try that and check back to see if that does anything. some things may not unlock until you've done something else
a heads up, everyone. I don't have all of the answers but I am trying to help whenever possible so if it seems as though I am guessing, it's because I don't know if my suggestion is 100% right
I can't be sure because I was already wearing the pirate costume, but you may need to visit the Country Bear Jamboree during the day when it has the red exclamation mark. I believe that is the attraction that is flooding, which might be something that could be caused by a sea witch...
I honestly hadn't thought that might be what triggers Ursula showing up. good thing you caught that. you probably just helped a few people
Your on the right track.... after the CBJ flooding go to the villain pub at night with pirate costume on and she will appear.

Anyone else has a problem with "patreon gallery" when trying to look at the 2nd picture on page 2 I get error report "rollback" crashes the game and "ignore" starts a new game with black screen asking "do you want to skip to Cindarella"
lol, seems the game is really buggy, what with them fires even if you cheated the upgrades

you can find her in "China" attraction if you build it I didn't find much to do with her just a few talks . Still trying to figure out the 1 outfit i missed for Cinderela and Aurora ....also a bunch of scenes for Cinderela as well.
the fire at Cinderella's castle is scripted to happen so as to introduce the idea of upgrades for attractions. I'm not sure if that's the sole fire you are talking about but it's the only one I know off that will always happen
Look at the image for the quoted comment -- 2nd one specifically.
Pretty sure that image indicates fire, but not really sure.

I'm missing just 2 outfits and I haven't been able to figure out how to unlock them since the last update.
Consequently, I'm at 19/21 scenes for Cinderella so I'm sure that's how I unlock her last outfit but, like above, I can't figure out the trigger for it. I'm pretty sure I've finished everything on the new update. Ariel has her legs and outfits, Mulan is around, etc etc. Everyone else has all their scenes (except Cinderella), all their outfits except the 2 below, I've gotten Yen Sid's achievement for talking to him all the way, all the villains are done, every attraction is built and maxed so I don't know what's left to do.
If anyone could help me, that'd be great. I have...
