Found it. It's a two-prong thing.
C:\Users\XXX\AppData\Roaming\RenPy
You have to delete both save in the folder and in AppDate RenPy directory to erase it.

- Answer the riddle (5 questions - you may save before every choice) correct and you get it for free
- Go to your room
- Click the backpack and then on the webcam
- close the backpack and click on the pc

Are you saying unlocking does not have anything to do with applying the sun screen in a particular order?
I can't seem to unlock that scene but have completed all the tasks
