For those curious at least why Light novels (but it could also apply to porn games) is soley because consumer expectation is (nowadays) for you to be able to get a general gist of what the story is about in just the title alone. You can't really tell what "One Piece" is about in the title alone. But "Suppose a kid from the Last dungeon boonies moved to a starter town" is far more descriptive.
some hentai go for the more obvious convention of their titles but some like these? eh fuck it just explain the entire game mechanic and software you used in the title why don't you.

The Japanese doujin culture goes that legally they are not allowed to make the doujins and sell them, but the IP holders turn a blind eye to it, at the same time the IP holders can, at any time, just ask for artist not to make them and sell them and the doujin artist really do listen and stop.
hgame and doujin makers have been selling stuff with copyrighted characters for eons. They could try to stop it, but why would fight a losing battle when it's free advertising for them?
