Use

. Game path must has no multi-bytes characters(ex. c:\games\出航憧れの巨乳船長とやりたい射精放題 not work with BepInEx)
Use uncensor plugin. put DumbRendererDemosaicIl2Cpp.dll to BepInEx\plugins\ folder.
Run game once, BepInEx\plugins\DumbRendererDemosaicIl2Cpp.ini file is created. edit it.
FilterStrings = mos Material
or
FilterStrings = mos
save it.

.ini file is created on running plugin. That's plugin is not working.
Are you using ReiPatcher ? If in using, remove the ReiPatcher. ReiPatcher can't use BepInEx plugins.

I don't see anything with multi-byte. Guess I just can't play with uncensored patch

So everything is buggy for me the positions don't line up or anything she's just hovering and I can't remove her clothes. Highly likely user error for the last part but controls wasn't really explained.
