my alien quest not showing i did all others but alien 1 how you get alien attack quest

dunno, im just finish election quest and just sleep, after that alien attack quest got triggered
please throw off the full save of 14 versions who doesn't feel sorry, otherwise my old save is very laggy and I can't do anything, even move
Does anyone know where to find the Whistle? I've checked every store and am unable to fine where I could buy one. Any help would be great, thanks!

You don't buy it. You get it as a reward for a minigame in the botanist questline. One of the trips to the park you have to find the old man's pupper and if you do he rewards you with the whistle.

get it during walk dog quests by walking neighbors dogs on weekends guy in park ask you do few quests gives you whistle badge and fbi lady documents
