I Wasn't going to play the game again in Japanese.
I did however find a japanese site that lists all quests/names/events/npcs and much more.
Not sure if it has what you're looking for tho, also not really sure if I'm allowed to post the link here.

Allrighty Here's a MTL for v4.04 including (some) scripts.
This is only meant for someone who doesn't like auto-translator tools like MTool. Please do not use this for a game release thread.
Known Issues:
Some text here and there not translated. (I tried to manually add in stuff unaffected by the batch-translation as much as I could find but this game is very large and complex so I probably missed a bunch)
Picture based text not translated.
Item menu labels not translated.
Quest menu not translated. (Just breaks if I make any changes, really weird system)
Expected potential issues later in the game:
Vendors might have the wrong or no inventory. If you notice something like that post me a save and a short descriptions whats wrong with it.
Installation:
To extract and play the game you might need to set your system locale to Japanese(Japan) or use another locale method.
Before you can apply the MTL you need to extract and then move or delete the "Game.rgss3a".
You can do this using the rpgmaker "All Decrypter". I will add a version as attachment.
Just run the "RPG Maker Decrypter.exe" and choose the "Game.rgss3a". Then move the newly created folders from the "Extract" folder to your game folder and then move or delete the "Game.rgss3a".
Start the game once to confirm this step worked correctly before merging my MTL into it.
If you experience a crash, game-breaking bug or seriously broken text please post me a screenshot and a short description when it happened. Providing a save just before the problem occurs would drastically increase the speed of the fixing process.

You've also really peaked my interest with all of the other games you've translated.
There's some really neat stuff in there that I either didn't know about or just never really gave an honest chance.
Looking forward to progress on the translation in due time, if that's even necessary I mean the game looks playable to me.

I said I'm going to revisit this so now I will.
I don't actually have my files from this anymore which makes this a bit awkward to work with, but digging a bit deeper I found some sections that could be responsible for the missing translations in the menu (questlog, hints, tutorials, etc.) but it's really not neatly sorted or obvious in there.
These are the sections I'm currently experimenting with:

I realized that this game was gonna be a long one when I'm downloading it in 3 parts and its taking 5-6 hours to get the whole thing LOL
My battles randomly started going auto. Any idea how to turn that off? Not enough translation to find it
