He won't appear physically. His story arc will consist of a series of phone calls to give bits of information, nothing that changes dramatically the game, but something that gives the player more insight into the backstory.
Right now the MC has some information about what his father was doing and why. Opening that story arc will show that there are other perspectives on the same story.

As I said it is a very personal view, that, I was very surprised to find out, has other followers.

As I also said, I am quite tolerant and can accept that many don't agree. This isn't one of those points where I'll die before compromising, it is in fact one of those points where talking about it with people with different views actually makes for a nice talk and not a discussion, at least for me.

You can be sure of one thing, IF I'll ever make games out of my stories, you'll find that view in there.

Well, if the MC keeps talking with him on the phone, sooner or later he will say something like "How is the weather on that island you live in now? By the way, dad, I've impregnated your wife and daughter (your exGF and pseudo-adopted-clone-daughter without the patch) and they are my wives now".
The father's answer can be something along the lines of "OK, BTW, you will have new siblings in the next months. Farren is pregnant with triplets. If they are girls I will hide them from you!"

I started a new save file after finding out that girls can catch you cheating and have a negative reaction to it, but even after rejecting all advances on the mom hte MC still carries her to her bed and spends a night there being heard by the sister. Is it absolutely unavoidable? Or was it fixed? (I last played about 2 updates ago, now im waiting for the timeskip and pregnancies so sorry if it's an outdated question)

When Emma hears the MC carrying Martha to her room (unavoidable) she only gets angry because her plan of going upstairs to lose her virginity didn't work, not because the MC is cheating on her (he's not, as the MC and Martha aren't in a relationship). That will create some dynamics between Martha and Emma.
Right now, the known relationships are (shadowed what you haven't played yet):
Eileen knows about Erika
Erika knows about Norah
Alexia knows about Norah
Scarlet and Daphne know about each other

And no one has shown any problem with it. My Dorm is a game where you can pursue every girl without bad consequences in the long run.

The time jump is still a long way off

He looks older than normal for a 21-year guy, but you should see some of my pics at 21 . I looked much older than he did. Thankfully, he's not going bald like me .

As I mentioned before, I wanted to make him look older than usual, so that the MILFs don't feel so much like they're dating a boy, but that they're dating a man.

Thanks for the answer, I knew it wouldn't be permanent but the scene where Erika finds out about Norah had me kinda scared plus didn't really want to play the asshole there and it would be a hard choice between those two. On the other hand, if not going for Martha meant more with Emma, that would be a no brainer
