We could go on. However, to the OP's benefit, quite a few of these are confusing, or at least have been when they entered the scene.

Dylan741 believe it or not, that's the first time in almost 40 years i've seen a woman use a man's name. thanks for the info, though. live and learn.
I trust you, I was curious so I make a little research and after finding this athlete I continued to look and the results of my researches showed that this name is more used nowadays ( I've seen the percentage vary from 45/55%) in it's male form instead of the female form, of course take this info with a grain of salt, salso sorry if my post sounded rude it wasn't my intentions to belittle what you were saying.
Consider that as time change so the society uses and customs, just to give you an example here in Italy where I live we had a similar case with the name Andrea ( that's typically male), well a recent survey showed that in the last decade this name was used a lot for girls too ( like you I always I thought it was a common custom only in Anglo-Saxon countries where it is more common as a unisex name). :)

That's why I mentioned the name before. Here it is (Italian expats not withstanding) almost exclusively female, and in my experience that is true for the whole Germanic speaking world, including English (though my experience may be limited).

Agreed, it's a sign that uses and customs are never static things but always changes as society change, things that were common before will be different as time pass, names are just a little part in the scenery but not the only one. :)

Sir ZanithOne , how to fix this error ? i recommend lyriel to read Sci-fi book and this happened.. please help me
I am not an expert but maybe you could just choose ignore?
Besides, you might want to provide more information, maybe also your save file. You cannot expect others to know what happens by just a screen shot, unless it is a very common bug. (But really I do not recall this game has any common bug except for period drama.)

Briefly tested your save. It seems the issue is with the Christmas quest. Cait is forbidding you to go in library, whereas Lyriel what you to pick books there. Temporary solution is to wait until Cait is done in the library and then suggest the new book.

There are couple of male italian names that are female names in spanish, Andrea or Rosario, for example. Probably that influenced the change. Is there some woman named Andrea that is famous in Italy?

Well I don't know as I said use and customs change as time passes and the reasons could be multiple ones combined ( and what you say about Spain and Europe, where this use is more common in general is certainly one of them).
We have Andrea Mirò a composer and singer ( that I personally appreciate a lot), Andrea Delogu a writer and a radio and television host, Andrea Vötter a ludge athlete, these are the first women that comes to my mind with the name Andrea and not Andreina.
Until 10 year ago this was more common instead of Andrea, but now as I said things are changing and in the future probably this tendency may improve. :)

I still think that Andrea is almost exclusively female outside of Italy and almost exclusively male inside (as are some other names). I think this is not so much shifting customs (though in times of more international contact it may also be that) but just that the same name, often with religious or mythical backstories in Western Europe, looks slightly different in different languages (German Georg, English George, French Georges) and the female versions just look slightly different and here is just an overlap between Italian male and German/English/Spanish female. After all the name comes from Greek and everybody had to adjust it so it suits their language's needs. Well, everybody but the Greek themselves probably.
