It's not quick, but for me it's not getting slower and slower. Can take 10 seconds, though. Normally it's quicker. But I am not sitting here with a watch to take mesurements

I remember I had the same issue that loading got slower and slower. But I have a new Notebook, now. So it could be better in the furture. Even my first SSD. But I think I will play the game again from a Ramdisk.It's not quick, but for me it's not getting slower and slower. Can take 10 seconds, though. Normally it's quicker. Since a savegame has about 400 kilobytes only, I bet it will make absolutely no difference if you have an SSD, HDD or RAM disk. It loads in a split second, and then renpy has to do it's calculations. That part is slow.

Yes. DC doesn't eat or sleep, he doesn't go outside, or talk to his family, he just draws a whole bunch of porn and nothing else. So when he's not seen to be working 100% of the time, we can only assume that he died. So yeah, he's fucking dead. He's dead fucking. He's so fucking dead that he went on a vacation, came back and started working again two days ago. He's uber fucking dead.

I can fully understand that people are unhappy that the time between big updates is so long. But there is no reason to be unrespectful.
I think one or few colorists/artists would be surely helpful to speedup his work.
For everything else DC has already a big team. And I can only wish DC making as much money (and a fantastic game) as possible!
Best way is to put the game aside and look after some other games or hobbies, so the waiting will not be sooo hard.
