Okay, here's my two cents.

This isn't working very well.
The map shows places where nothing goes, you can get content that is seemingly out of order, you have no way of knowing whether you actually got everything.

This needs a working hint system and there should be some way to prevent you to see content that makes no sense.
I'm guessing fe. I was supposed to see Francine and Amalia together far later than I did and what was with all these women just appearing?
I'm pretty sure I didn't get all content that the ren'py version initially had before leaving for the elven kingdom.

This might work, but right now it's not really fun to play.

Those exact pointers were the plague of initial versions also ... too much world and too little events coded in. Not to mention in the rpgm version MC had to keep running a lot of flights of stairs to get to some minute exact spot where some random scene would trigger. That is there by design...

Then beyond the castle gates ... I was lost in the first exploratory play through .. a lot of towns and woods and ... very little interaction ... places to visit only for planned content but empty.

This slide show works better as just like daz -> there is no filler ... every render counts and repetition can be cut down to 0. Can ... but will it;)??

God, the dev just ruined the game with this update. The map and the clicking. And the story line gets messed up if you missed some of the side quests. So annoying go back to the way it was....

day 8 events are broken on explore, you can find the magic book from previous version in the emissary office and the dialogue makes me believe its supposed to be at least the second interaction with the book(and in reality I haven't even found it yet)
then there is also the scene with the queen and the elder talking about needing to make sure about soothing related to the MC before telling the rest of the elders and it kicks you out to the main screen.
I have followed the provided walkthrough and this all happens after the 'head home for a bit' during the 'explore! people are talking about you'

You lasted 10 minutes???? You're my freaking hero then. My save didn't work and by the time I was told to click on the guard tower that 1 too many clicks for me. What a shame.

So if the dev is reading these comments apparently most people are disappointed with the sandbox version. So here's my two cents and hopefully he listens some dev's have game with two options a sandbox version and and a storyline version. Because some people like sandbox versions while others just like the storyline and dont want to deal with the clicking , the map, or collecting items. There just here for the story and the sex. So dev if your reading this make an option for a sandbox and storyline option, or remove the sandbox and put it back to the way it was, that's my two cents.

There are some great sandbox games out there. They didn't change halfway through though and everything makes sense. There's only 1 game that switched halfway through that I still enjoy playing. This one like most others have you click, click, click just to figure out where to go next. It's very frustrating, especially when you see an update and you think "awesome, I've been waiting for this one" and it's nothing like the game you played before. I actually thought it was the wrong game and I went and opened previous versions to make sure. Just a major huge disappointment.

For the folks not happy with the "Go find the scene" The Dev is working on a walk through. At present it is only available for sponsors but I believe that as each update goes public he will release the walk through for the previous chapter.

Bit more click intensive... and I feel like story hasnt progressed at all in a while now... I love the story that the mc might be something more but still waiting..

The dev reworked the code and instituted the map. New content is coming.
