The author suddenly disappeared two months ago. I remember something similar happened last time, but at that time he didn't release only half a episode. This is really not a good sign.
Love this game, so these (lack of) developments are troubling. I'm gonna try to hang on to a glimmer of hope that this is just a hiatus.
Not saying you're wrong, but I woulnd't read as much into a dev not logging into F95 for 2 months as you do. If I were a dev and I was having IRL issues that were slowing progress on my game, I would also stop visiting a site where F95% of posts are complaints and whines from entitled little boys who don't support anyone but somehow feel it appropriate to say anything and everything about how horrible a person every dev is who doesn't cater every bit of content to their individual tastes and scream like toddlers throwing tantrums if huge new content updates don't drop every 30-60 days.

What's not to dislike about arsehole Italian waiters. I'm part Italian. I know how the Italians can be but when the Italian waiter (on the date with Tegan) thinks 'succhiami il cazzo', the proper response would've been 'Va fa'n'culo 'e mammate!' (go fuck your mother's arse).

Sadly this game is dead. The dev is going to try and milk his few remaining subs for all the money he can but I honestly doubt we will hear from him again. Unless he pops back up with some tiny update that will restart the milking process. He hasn't posted on SS since April as far as I can tell. Kinda wild that there are still people giving him money in spite of that but I guess that is kind of normal in this community.

sad cus this was a decent game, could had been better but yes the own developer killing his game is nothing new around here...
