I imagine one gene therapy for that would be to alter his XY to be XX while retaining testicles and full functionality. Since he no longer has a Y chromosome, he can't pass it on. Of course, that wouldn't affect the next generation so it has to be that Y sperm are somehow rejected by the woman's body during the journey to the fallopian tubes.

I suppose it'd be easier to implement something that destroys all his sperm cells containing the Y chromosome. That way he could only really have daughters
