VN's do tend to be better presentable with RenPY or Unity, I agree. RPGM's make for a different way to tell the story, but I prefer most VN's to stick to an easier presentation of the game with minimal interruptions having to navigate somewhere just to trigger an event.

I know that originally the Dev probably intended for this game to be RPGM, but the way it was presented was as a VN format. RPGM's require or stress a point or degree of free roam with RPG elements. This game had very little RPG elements.

If ever there was a game in need of a Ren'Py remake, this one is it.

Honestly, I find "other engines" a bit frustrating, it usually involves too much clicking, ruining the enjoyment of the game. In terms of visual novels, Ren'Py is better...

This spin-off is placed in one room. I doubt it really needs Ren'Py Port.

I know some people are too weak to play RPGM but come on. Entire map is one room. Literally.
