This is a revisit with an updated interpolation program, a change of focus to strongly keeping visual quality, and in 26Region's case, the realization that while a whole bunch of his videos say they are "60 FPS" through encoding, a lot of said videos actually aren't 60 FPS content. Seems he had a nasty habit of rendering the animations at 24-30 FPS, applying a 60 FPS HUD element or overlay, and encoding the whole thing at 60 FPS. As a result, there's a TON more videos this time. RIP all y'all's internet speed and storage.

You have to download all of them, select all of them once downloaded, and then right-click and extract, which should end up with one 7z archive, and the videos are inside of that.

It's called AI video interpolation. And no, it has nothing to do with speed: it's a form of post-production video editing (so to speak); a third-party modification to the original footage, because it involves injecting literally new content into the original by generating additional frames (so as to double the frame rate).
An IA decodes and extracts decompressed individual frames in picture format (jpeg, or png for transparent GIFs), whereby its algorithms proceed to actually draw new frames (pictures) to fill in the "gaps" between the extracted frames.
Finally, the program sequentially compiles the frames/images into a re-encoded motion picture (i.e. video) with double the frame rate. Naturally, video length and audio track/sync are not affected. Although the original quality is not unchanged (due to transcoding).

   is one such software. Patreons get early access to the newer &/or bleeding edge builds, but the public free version has no limitations whatsoever. Pretty awesome stuff to be gotten for free.

• Just remember: a powerful GPU with Cuda capabilities is required to perform this process. Fault of which, the application will default to throttling your CPU for a slower processing of that task. Still worth it in the end, in most cases, but not always.
• Be wary that, for videos with slower image movement, interpolation is seldom worth it: you'll get your 60fps upgrade, but it will have a LOT of freezes (static frames). Topaz's software is better at handling those types of videos, from what I've heard.

It's probably a calculation based on two frames to create a frame in between. Very much like smart TVs nowadays do, but done in a program - not in real time, therefore a lot cleaner.

That's the exact gist of it, indeed.
Speaking of which, I think two of 26Reg's short videos were actually re-released in 120fps(!). Now I wouldn't put it past the madlad to render remasters at such a pro-gamer framerate, but I suspect it may have been one such instance of video interpolation.
Or maybe I'm totally wrong.
For those curious, the videos in question are Ivy vs Red Demon and Sarah vs Predator

Thank you for explaining. If I got it right, Its actually quite amazing that AI can create new renders between existing ones. Taken slightest part and adding to new ones. And all that other great details, Thanks.

I'm not 100% current on the RU sanction thing, but I think I recall that UnionPay works over there? Or did before the sanctions. Since UnionPay is Chinese, I assume that was unaffected by the SWIFT sanctions. I know in the U.S. anyone who can take Discover can take UnionPay. And anywhere I've been in Asia it's widely accepted. I don't know how many people outside of China have a UnionPay debit card, but even China alone is like 1/6 of the planet.

Despite the volume of chatter between the two spanish speakers that took over the Discord his primary supporters of whom account for more than 90% are from the English speaking US and EU with the US being the bulk of that. Most of those use Paypal or a Visa/Mastercard Cards. Supporters from anywhere else but the US/EU account for 10%; with those not of the US/EU being the primary pirates(no harm if you're too poor)

The Full Moon 2 vid is glitched. It has video for the first ~9minutes then cuts to black. Audio is still there, but video needs fixed.

Alright lads, 26Region acknowledges that yes SAUPX is taking longer than expected. Yes mostly in part of the conflict that is ongoing as well as him making SAUPX a two-parter where the first release will be just Sarah and A predator and second release will be Sarah and a clan of predator(gangbang). That being said he is making/made an animation longer than his short 1minute animation staring Kokoro and a goblin which I believe is a newer model(the goblin I mean) which is part of the new roster of monsters.

The trailer was released on a Patreon post, I won't link it but I have a few screengrabs of it to share. Due in part to new patrons not understanding his content release method, he is now playing cowboy and just releasing things as a post rather than mass DM/PM users. Big complaint was that new patrons felt "tricked" that the content was not there for grabs but rather he mass DM/PM the link in order to escape Patreon mods gaze. The thinking is that they really don't monitor messages, but monitor posts. When I said he was being a cowboy, I meant he is no longer trying to be sneaky about as he is tired of hearing the complaints despite having a note that said to DM/PM him for links when you sign up. He may get put up for review again, he may lose complete access to Patreon losing all the money in escrow. But currently he feels confident in the RU platform

at the moment is an attempt to raise money to get a voice actress; I am not sure how close he is to start running on fumes, I am honestly surprised he is holding out this long. He is also in contact with several content creators to gauge how it is going with them. Remember it's not because of the platforms per say, but the payment processors sanctioning his countries banks.

And since many are not "finished" (i.e. no cumshot) I have to ask what is the point of expending effort on making them - I mean they are voice -acted , wouldn't fewer but more "complete" vids be more satisfying?

Understandable. On another note, working around the clock on the same project for weeks on end can get really grating; an animator's bias can bend any which way, and it gets harder to keep a fresh perspective on things, or sustain that initial drive behind the whole project.
Carving out the time to round up a "quick" 10sec loop with a completely different character and scene, is a clever way to "take a hike" without going cold or rusty. All the better if it's fappable enough to quench the public thirst until the other, much bigger video's official release.

It's mostly to sate patrons. He makes two big animations yearly on average; and rather than have small 3-5 minute animations(like the upcoming Kokoro animation), fans and Patrons voted to have these 1-minute animation and get to vote on who it stars.

The 1-minute animations are just loops. Not sure how he does it whether it's just simple keyframe animations and several cameras views cut in or in terms of Maya/3DsMax/Modo you can attach a simple rig to a model and import an animation sequence that is designed for that rig and tweak it a little if the model isn't playing nice. It's what most smut animators do now minus the two big animations that 26Region puts out.
