it's probably a legal grey area, but likely nothing will ever come of it. Most Video game characters have an IRL face model anyway, but even famous faces don't seem to care or know. Someone like DrDablur has made Rey porn practically his bread and butter, yet he's never received a cease and desist or something like that. this shit is still niche and mostly for degenerate weirdos like us, and probably won't leave this circle much.

i dont remember using real person face without them knowing in porn was ever legal lol so its not grey area, it will go under revenge porn thing, its just like u said, its niche so its rare someone will take action, most likely they dont even know this things exist

the more he do porn with real people faces, especially with famous ones, the higher probability some of this people will take actions against him... but its still small chance for now :LOL:

Nobody will ever do anything about it. Photomontage existed far earlier than 3D models became good. There's a lot of "celebrity porn" from '00s-'10s. And now there's A LOT of AI porn. So, fighting some vanilla nude renders now is extremely dumb and pointless. Only someone like Nintendo can afford to fight with windmills.
