Yes only buffering and nothing happen, but if i try to deleted the folder it say can't because is still running..
and i've tried all your suggestions but it still doesn't work

if it's flagged as running that mean the process did run but can't proceed further. the file is either corrupted or blocked by antiviruses, or your PC is just not compatible.
it is not corrupted for sure coz you already tried another source, first of all open your task manager and look for the game's process, end the task and try opening it again.
if it's not working, then try turning off your antivirus before extracting the rar and open it again. if this still not work then sorry I can't think of any other solution.

have you double-checked the format? coz if there is a typo it will mess up your config, it should look like the picture below
if it still doesn't work then sorry but IDK what else

okay so I have tried your setting and found out that when you use the 1366*786 reso, you will get a small window instead. So try changing it to "1920*1080" and is_fullscreen=false, after you enter the game, you can change the reso normally via the setting
also change the background to 1 as the other unlocks after you completed an ending.

i tried but its still shows a black smol window with the game music running and you can hear the sound of options when you hover over them on the right side of the window i tried sharing the image again this time i converted it to zip tell me if it works this time

i asked chat gpt and told me to add --rendering-driver opengl3 in the properties of the game file and then it worked thx for your help and by pasting your setting file the screen even got bigger
