Content heavy update, which is nice. Good to see you have implemented some meaningful branching.
That said, I'm not sure the "everyone is a mutant" storyline is particularly unique or takes advantage of the gameshow premise. I think this game would be a lot more interesting if everyone was normal. It feels like a bit of a lazy way to get around the fact some of the other men are bigger and stronger (not to mention also apparently smarter).
I also wish there was a bit of a slower burn on some of these characters. Multiple now appear to have fallen in love within 1-2 days of meeting MC. I feel like this feels cheap and undeserved. Yes, they need MC due to circumstances, and sex is kind of forced by the circumstances, but that doesn't mean they should basically all be soaking themselves at first sight.
I would also love to see MC actually displaying some agency in who ends up on his team...seeing as his life is on the line and all. I get 2 of the spots being predetermined but how the other two are filled basically come down to whether you let a totally unrelated girl suck your dick. This kind of goes to the issue of the MC being really stupid in how he outwardly presents (confirmed by his internal dialogue). This game really needs an MC who is active in making choices and shaping his own fate here, including actually picking who he cooperates with (at a minimum based on looks, because we don't even know who we are getting when we make the choice that determines the remaining teammates), but even better if he actually asks these girls what they bring to the table and demonstrates some critical thinking.
Also, given the premise of the game, it feels like a bit of a missed opportunity to not also have an evil path where the MC is at a minimum more assertive and manipulative.
One final observation is that brevity can be your friend, and some of these scenes are dragging on far too long when you could communicate the same message we are supposed to be getting from the narrative as players with more efficient writing. I find myself clicking through walls of dialogue I've already played and noticing that a lot of it is filler; you could probably halve the word count while creating more realistic and efficient conversations between characters.
Clearly you're working hard on this game and you do have a handful of good memorable characters, so hope you continue to release sizeable updates like this.
