I don't know anything with a female virgin protagonist over 30, but I expect it'd be either Japanese otome or a Japanese h-game with coombrained cringe writing like nothing else.

Now the protagonist of Salome's Kiss isn't over 30, but she's around her mid 20s or so and the writing isn't cringe, though you could literally say she cringes a lot?

Teen MC and MILF MC are archetypes that people like. Chaste older MC isn't, really. If you tried to tell such a story, it would probably come off as contrived unless MC has a severe disorder or something, and I don't think Crazy Cat Lady RPG is something a lot of people are clamoring for. I mean, I'd play it.

Hm, come to think of it, I'd look up games with a nun MC, there might be something there. Though most are still going to be young.

Well, mature female virgins are unusual especially if they aren't nuns or something, and mature or old unmarried virgin aunts aren't exactly a porn archetype either.

Any female virgin over 30 is likely an LI in a male MC game.

... and I don't think Crazy Cat Lady RPG is something a lot of people are clamoring for. I mean, I'd play it.

Tho "nun protagonist" games are usually Japanese games with cringy writing, and those "nuns" are more like Japanese shrine maidens anyway. And like you said most will be younger. The ones with a more realistic take on nuns, like The Monastery, are again male MC.

I forgot about this one! I'm waiting for the game to be finished before I play. Made by a female dev btw. Choosable gender, I don't know if they are virgin, but at least the protagonist is older.

and in pscd you can assume mc is 30+ if you use the original artstyle (i don't think characters' ages get mentioned in-game), though for some reason the version here is bugged and missing the artstyle toggle in the options (but if you reenable dev console, you can switch it with persistent.mangaka = False)
