For the rape scene that is with the boy in v0.7, even though they don't look like a little boy to me and look the same size as most any ther MC character from other games on site.

But rape scenes don't justify a game being banned, and neither do underage characters.

I mean, if the rules said that games aren't allowed to depict underage characters in sexual situations, I would be fine with that. But it's not what the rules say. The rules say "prepubescent characters", which clearly isn't true in this case.

So, if the scene of the boy being raped is the reason for the game being banned, then the developer should appeal that ban to the forum owner, since it would clearly be a case of an unjustified ban.

I do not believe the developer is on F95 either and is probably now happy the game isn't here.

The developer wasn't that active on this site. His/her Patreon users were the ones that posted the updates here. Anyway if you google with "4 Years in Tehran" you might find other sources as well.
