I dont disagree honestly, I've barely been here as long as others and I'm already gravitating to stuff with atleast a little more fantasy or supernatural play because it just gets boring constantly being like some feels-fuck shit.
I can appreciate a well written, or thought out AVN but it always does me sideways when stuff gets bogged down with just nonstop fuckin', just played an update of a game recently and legit, the whole update was like sex-marathons with half the cast and 3 minutes of story progression lol. I get it might be appealin to some but the "asset" animations dont really live up that well being put on repeat spam, idk.

Lowkey though wish they would atleast let us name the damn MC more than anything. Not a big fan of sandbox cause it likes to just turn into point and click sim of "go left, go right, go talk to this person, go 3 screens over, click object, go 3 screens back" yadayada. Management can be alright if its not stupidly grindy and just again, spam click until progress but has some thought behind it. But willing to atleast give it a fair shake because its at least somewhat interesting and not formulaic.

I think the inspiration can be Highschool of the Dead, an ecchi manga/anime with zombies and panty shots.
I'm not that interested in panties but I understand the dev trying to add some titillation to long story events.
I like the tone of games like Now & Then better for zombie stories but it is what it is.

Finally got around to playing and finishing the update. Honestly, I thought it was pretty good. The 2nd path delivered on my expectations and I enjoyed it. Finally, a zombie VN that actually treats the zombies as more than a background threat.

With the game starting at the beginning of the outbreak. It's expected to encounter plenty of infected. And I like that the game didn't turn into a hidey hole sim. Where they just camp in one area for several updates while zombies are walking all around them. They're actually trying to escape and not treating the outbreak as if the world is already completely dead.

After playing, I would say I like Virginia character the most, at the moment. The ending has me hyped for what's to come since they'll be moving up north with new companions. I can definitely see the Highschool of the Dead vibes, if that is the devs inspiration. That said, I assume the next update will be based around the other group in Path 1? So I guess I might have to wait a little longer.

Anyway, this was a good update. I'll be going back and trying out some of the options. I think I was playing a bit too cautious, so I'll see where it goes if I just be heavy handed.

Posting to a thread is a screaming match on who can shout their opinion the loudest sometimes and a lot of arguing if you touch someone's nerves but when a game's good enough, occasionally it warrants breaking your own rules.

Amazing update overall. I don't mean amazing as in excellent, though that too, amazing as in it is really an awe to see what happens when someone with expertise and a strong idea for what they want to make combines both into a product. So far, this is a reverse cash grab, the developer barely makes any money currently and is putting in inordinate amounts of work into making his imagined world into something to enjoy.

To add some other comments. Skimming the thread so far, I wanted to give my own two cents since we're at a stage where the developer is active here (excluding responding to critics), hasn't been overwhelmed or ended holed up in a Discord. Besides the one guy who seemed to really insist on his specific brand of 'f*ck fest' incest apocalypse game, there's a decent number of comments talking about incest and a few negative comments (besides Padorublad3 who is a soldier in the trenches).

I think Padoru has the right idea with this being heavily influenced by the "Ecchi"-style anime design combined with a dramatic Hollywood feel and to accept it for what it is. I don't think it necessarily needs to force the incest angle. It's Highschool of the Dead and the Walking Dead (the series) in one and that's something unique enough that even if different people are complaining, they'll come around or the people who like this sort of mix will arrive overtime.

I do plan to do some kind of write-up that covers feedback on some of the spelling and grammar issues but in the meantime, developer, this is an opinion that anyone else here is equally entitled to agree or disagree with but I think you're doing perfectly well with the amount of time (and the bonus detail) you put into this release before putting it out. Better this way than having that original rushed one-two month short update that would have to have made significant compromises. Probably would have missed on a few of the stunning set pieces too.

I think, this solution will please everyone - MC has plenty of actions with good looking girls and Evelyn is enjoying all the attention of hot (and even some mature) studs too (which a lot of fans wanted too - they wanted sex scenes with Evelyn).

Every game fan should be happy, except the incest lovers obviously.

Not quite. He's holding it too much from the top. I Googled it and found 1 or 2 similar, but holding it more from the side. Most are from underneath, like one would normally. It's not just the natural way, it's also presumably the more sensible way, since all grips are put on the bottom, not the top. Surely there's a reason for that. I doubt nobody has tried putting one on the top instead by now. I mean, there are more guns than people here in the US. Surely someone's tried it in the last 100 years.

Well, idk what to tell you. I've NEVER seen it, but I don't tend to watch shooting competitions. I did recently watch SWAT vs Hunters on YouTube... I googled it, and specifically looked for that grip, and attached those 3 photos of the closest I could find... it doesn't look right, to me or others, clearly. Probably other things like the Noctis hair don't help us take it seriously. It'd be a pretty minor issue for me, personally... seems like there are bigger concerns at this point. I was mostly just agreeing with the other guy about it.
