I think you should check the Installation Checker tab in HSResolveMoreSlotID to find out what plugins or patches you're missing. Here's my list of patches and plugins I use for my game. Use it as a reference if it helps.

You've literally answered your own question with that screenshot. You haven't patched the main game or studio neo with IPA (nor does it appear to be up to date even though it's the same version as mine) and there's something wrong with your 630 patch - both are requirements for this mod to work. How your game isn't a hot mess without all those working properly is beyond me (maybe it is a hot mess?). You're not running HS Unlimited are you? Untitled-2.jpg

Not gonna take anything away from the creator of that video, he did a good job on lighting, story pacing, etc.. but i cringed hard when Tifa's hands went inside her dress, body, and even body of the guy. Those are very simple things to fix, but I guess he couldn't be bothered with it.
