I don't think that's possible, Original morphs of the game are completely different from the ports.

that is strange, the face should be fixed in 1.5.1 release. i know that and i used it myself. maybe check the face skin setting and change it to Christie should properly had.
also the body is vein mod from the shader, should be adjustable in body material editor slider somewhere....

I do not know what hair mod that is but Xeynius Tifa for HS2 has a hairextension that looks close to it. Can't remove accessories.

What clothes mod is that? Is it a mix?
