The orig is an excel file with tables and pictures so converting it into pure text gonna be a bit hard :\
You can download it as .xlsx, .ods, .pdf, .html, .csv, .tsv liks usual, though it might not convert correctly(File > Download)
Stuck on floor 6 after finding out the code and success in getting the print but can not craft anything but junk and out of clue@@
Oh yeah i found all the code now as im a bit unlucky before but now im stuck with 6-digit password part, like there are no furthur hints so it's a bit frustrated since i have try many times but sill can not get the right password @@
