I played it a little but was pretty disappointed. You see the lesbian tag and female protagonist tag but the female mc has a bf and is then shown being eaten out by the guy and you can't even skip it

Tags are only to avoid content! It means if you don't like lesbian you can use it to avoid it. If there is a single lesbian scene in the game, it will get that tag, even if you might have no chance in seeing it without using a walkthrough mod.
