There isn't another game quite like this but if you want to play something similar you could try A Life Worth Living, Exciting Games, Watching My Wife, Free Pass, Babysitters, Because I Love Her, or Hotwife Ashley. I am not vouching for their quality, just their similarity. I don't recommend The Adventurous Couple at this time.

for what I've seen so far, this was in two separate routes. Either Nat goes to the club with Jenna or Ethan, never both. But it would be hot to see Ethan spying on Nat and Matt
