OK, we have a misunderstanding not a disagreement, what you just showed are paths that Ethan went to the frat house WITH Nat, with different ending, 1) Ethan saves Nat, 2) Nat goes to car very happy, 3) Nat goes to car sad, upset and crying.
IMO there is NO cliff hanger on those paths, the night at the frat house is done over. Now they will talk about what happen the
next morning, that fine, but still no cliff hanger.

I was referring to 3 paths that Ethan NOT ONLY does not go to the frat house with Nat, he has no idea she went there, on 2 of these paths, Nat flat out lies to him as to where she is going. At the end of these paths the last render on this update is this cliff hanger I'm referring to. And KING B has said he is not going to finish those scenes at the frat house on those path on the next update, he's just going to start them the next morning as well.

Would be too expensive to render more than 5 dudes. The name of the game is cost effeciency which is why aftercare scenes stopped existing after their first time too, and why one scene can be used for multiple routes.

You can render up to three characters if your graphics card has the memory to handle them. Or you render the people separately and compile them in a photo editor. Anyway, DAZ gets a little sketchy with over three characters no matter what GPU you are using. The only extra cost incurred is if you buy pre-made characters instead of making your own, and the electric bill. I know that the dev, has at least the Victoria 8 & Michael bundles, and some additional environments. That's good enough to make most of the game.
