As for the image, apparently it wasn't a mistake. Looking at the script, that image is called as a quick thought of Nat (that's why it's only one render): "An image of this old man atop her and penetrating her with his big and strange cock popped up in her lust dazed mind.", but I'm not even going to try to track how to get that.

Played the Peter vanilla path. More and more I realize Ethan is a walking contradiction. Gets mad about Nat letting Darrell touch her inappropriately.
