A question I have with Carl and his different possible choices we can have
1 - Nat helps Carl get the girl he likes
2 - Nat has compassion sex with Carl when she convinces Ethan to allow it and without him feeling uncomfortable in any way
3 - There may be a possible option where Nat to help Carl so that he can have the girl he likes Nat has to have sex with Matt or it means cheating on Ethan

Sense I don't sub the patreon I can't really complain but damn the releases are so small and slow. Barely and store progression in each release. While I love the game, I'm sort of glad I didn't sub with this super slow progress
