If Nat is constantly balancing a fine line, where on one side she has Ethan's wishes and desires and on the other side she has her own, which are evolving more and more, it's only natural she will satisfy her own urges from time to time. Darrel can satisfy Nat sexually in a way Ethan can't, that's a major theme of that route.
And yeah, depending on the route Ethan either accepts this behavior from Nat or he doesn't. If you are playing the route where he accepts it and you still have trouble with what Nat is doing.....it's called the cuckold route for a reason, im just saying.

Jenna might be a bad influence and cause some drama within their marriage, but putting all the blame on her for Nat's behavior is just naive, Nat is a grown woman she can make her own choices. And we as players get to ultimately decide what route she takes, just as with Ethan.
