In the game Manila Shaw, she takes a drug that allows her to get pregnant and have her baby in a week's time. All your reports lack on information to have at least a hint of a chance to get your problems solved.
Each ren'py game creates a log file inside the games folder when something goes awry.
Furthermore there should be details about your running system like 86x, x64, windows, linux, mac...
Make sure your system is up2date. Also keep python up2date as Ren'py games relies pretty much on it.
For a few peps it helped to launch the games through the ren'py launcher itself.
