With the new update i will continue with the finals theory, obvious is Nat get pregnant, we know Ethan dreamed with this fantasy while King Darrel fucked Nat, but now with Malcolm in the equation the things can changed. I think it would be interesting if their lifestyle became a bit more public, whether by accident or choice. Maybe they get a bit overconfident and forget that people in their neighbourhood, friends / family have eyes and ears and are starting to notice that something odd is going on with the happily married couple down the street.

Maybe an old friend of Ethan see Nat with Darrel in the gym or out on town acting all flirty and gives Ethan a call worried Nat is cheating on him.
