I'm quite sceptical with that preview, it's possibly the first ntr game with the male MC going forward and overcoming the encounter with a total bitch. That's maybe the first ending of the game before other doomed endings. But honestly, it's more likely to be a trap than a real ending since no ntr games ever allowed a male MC to escape safely or to grow a backbone.
