I think for me I actually like the reluctant Nat route. Shows how far she would go for her husband. I can see your point, and I agree to some extent. However some people might find Nat sexy as a nympho even if you don't. Personally I think both of them should be treading a fine line between what they are willing to do for eachother and what they are willing to do for themselves. That brings out some tension between them and this whole situation they are navigating. Not every sexual desire needs to be tailored solely for the other person, it's a balancing act for both of them. Maybe you think the balancing is off and that's fair. Or maybe you don't want Nat to have any sexual desires other than pleasing her husband. Either way I can agree with you that I hope Nat will "tease" Ethan about her gym adventures, Nat can just ask Darrell to film it on his phone and send it to Ethan with Nat's blessing.
Still, if every act is completely selfless and void of any self-centered desires it quickly becomes boring from a character perspective but also very predictable, I'd fall asleep. Obviously all of this depends heavily on what route you fancy, but I think every route should have its ups and downs, both of them should be pushing the boundaries at times and sometimes it goes too far and someone might get hurt in the moment. Like what happened in the frat house on one of the routes, I actually wanted Nat to be a bit more shook about the whole thing afterwards and maybe have some type of regret the day after. Maybe even blame Ethan unjustly (it was her choice after all) while they are arguing about it the next day. I just think that makes it more exciting, personally. Obviously she would come around and realize that she did it for herself just as much as she did it for Ethan and she just had post-day whore angst. Also her holes probably hurts a bit, but Ethan would be nice and get her a donut pillow

Does this game forces some type of content or is it completely in our hands what happens and what does not? It looks like ORS by EK and since there aren't a lot of games like that around this one got my interest really peaked, ORS does gives the players all the control about what should happen and what shouldn't, what about this one???

You do have a fair amount of say in terms of how things play out but sometimes it isn't always obvious what each route does
To give you an example:
You can make Nat an eager and willing participant in a loving cuckolding relationship
Or you can make her unwilling to do it but committing to it for the sake of her husband.
You can play the game as an alpha couple where they engage in exhibitionism -(lowest amount of content)
Or you can go into a variety of different forms of cheating:
Nat cheating on Ethan without his knowledge
Nat cheating on Ethan and then humiliating him about it
Nat cheating and Ethan spying on them
Nat Cheating and Ethan kicking her out -then hooking up with Riya
The cuck routes can vary the severity
You can choose to be a participating cuckold and it feels more like swinging
A submissive cuck who eats creampies (or doesn't eat them and fucks sloppy seconds instead) - which eventually leads to Nat becoming a queen of spades
You can have a balanced cuck relationship where Nat sees other people - but so far other than Matt, Carl and Peter all of whom got maybe 1 scene each there hasn't been much - its all been Darrel.
