The cuckolding balanced route rom and cuck points are close i think? I got the gym offer when I choose choices gives more cuck points but the rom points is way under. I was just wondering if its possible to get the gym offer while maintaining rom and cuck points balanced.
A potential ending of the story: Nat get pregnant by Darrell, leaves Ethan to live with the father of her baby. Ethan subsequently marries Riya and convinces her to cuck him like Nat. This story could go on for years.

that looks like the submissive cuck path. Darrells job offer is the path to get his endings which is the current update. There are certain paths that do end with the park scene. there are a few that have Darrells update and then the above scene follows. If you took the Jenna job offer the above pic is the ending.

My point was that something like this should have been built upon since way earlier, you bringing examples from the latest updates doesn't change that. They have never even had a conversation about it until now, which makes the idea seem even more like an afterthought or forgotten story-wise until now.
But that doesn't mean it can't be done. It just needs more time to develop a solid base for why she will get pregnant with Darrell's baby or anyone else's other than Ethans. Unless it will be an "accident". Maybe Ethan decides to do something sinister, or maybe it will be by Nat's decision. It will probably vary greatly depending on the path you play, which is why this feels "out of the blue" and lacking some groundwork, in my opinion. Especially since the sub-paths need to be written to work reasonably well together while having similar scenes and story direction. And I don't know if "a few updates away" is enough to convince me Nat is ready to get bred. Having it be an accident would make more sense, if you want it to happen sooner rather than later.
OR a funny scenario - If Nat isn't quite ready to go off the pills maybe Ethan swaps the pills cause he just can't wait to see Nat preggy. They start to have sex regularly again and he tells Nat they need to take a break from Darrell, Nat reluctantly agrees but sneaks off to fuck him anyway while thinking she is on the pill. And BAM suddenly Nat is pregnant, but by whom? Would be a good surprise.

I think it's fine at the games current pace. One of the things King B does, that I wish more VN devs would do is employ time skips. As Filipis said, King B has shown that clearly Nat and Darrell are more than just causal fuck buddies at this point in the story as they've had their relationship for a while and during this part Darrell makes his intentions well known to Nat and even though she's not all the way on board, now the idea is planted in her mind. But yes, if the next time they see each other if almost no time has passed and she's all aboard with the idea, I'll agree that it's rushed.

Yeah, this is the key part; Nat now "suspects" that Ethan would like to take their hotwife lifestyle to the next level, by asking her to let Darrell impregnate her. And given how close she has gotten to Darrell, the idea is now officially on the table. But, they haven't even had that talk yet, so there has to be a few updates before Nat even agrees, let alone goes through with it. Trust KingB!

Curious hasn't pregnancy been bought up since the hotel. Didn't they have this conversation at the breakfast table about the intimacy and consequences of Darrell Cumming inside her in all paths. There was just different reactions to it.

Nat is seems curious, hesitant and nervous about Darrell pregnancy situation, think what would her push her decision is she finds out Riya is pregnant. Alot of Nat acts have been reactive so she finds out Ethan got Riya pregnant she goes and gets pregnant by Darrell.

But I feel like Ethan is not even close to asking that of her yet. I need to see more from Ethans thoughts about this, maybe Nat catches him jerking off to pregnant women, something to show he has this desire. More than just Nat catching creampies.
And if Nat suspects this already from Ethan, she will probably broach the subject long before he has the balls to straight up ask her for it anyway. Especially on the Beta path, she would probably just go ahead and do it without his blessing if she has decided that's what she wants. She would just manipulate him later into believing that it was his idea and what he wanted.
But for both of them to be on the same page about this will take some time I think, because depending on the paths you play they are not on equal footing.
