I played the love route and also found ridiculous, nothing to do with the title of the game.
From the initial view of the beginning of the game to see that Nat has already had a small fall for Darrr, she dismons being faithful, but totally hides the desire for other male bodies.
The weight here is only on top of MC, all his thoughts and acts is totally against NAT's rules, but deep down we know what she really wants ... wants to hide her lewd wishes and fully blame eths for him to want Something hot for both of them in the relationship.

I tend to agree with his view. But I know that the dev has not updated the love path for a while. Still, for those into the romance of it, it is a good story. (I imagine the original comment was in support of the love path or a path that leaves the couple in love while still engaging in extramarital playing. In all the cases he listed, the husband is excluded.)

I don't want to assume. It could be any number of things. Some say that they want a path where Nat is happy but Ethan is cheating. Others want to see a cuckquean path.
