I think that this happens in the route where Ethan kicks his car and then kicks Nat out. He becomes remarkably scarce when there isn't a husband in the picture. Having had proper time this week to play the game and the paths I like (cheating, cuck, NTR etc), all the sex scenes are fantastic and Nat is incredibly hot, that red dress she wore for the hotel was incredible. But you know the game is successful when you particularly like a connection with the characters, i.e. Nat and Darrell.
The only non-issue, I guess, the game has to me is the blowjob scenes aren't the best compared to other games, I think deepthroat/face fucking scenes could be more extreme and the art of a good facial scene was being lost as the game went on and a lot of creampie scenes were in the paths I played, which are all ridiculously hot and I'm a fan off.
But my guy has bred her enough lol and the message is loud and clear from Nat, Darrel and the narration that it's gonna lead to pregnancy but it'd be nice to see the Nat's face getting splattered or seeing Nat's mascara running down her eyes as Darrell fucks her face or something and Nat loving it.

I think the dev himself confirmed that he started Ethan & Nat talking about children and their future family at the end of this update on purpose - so that the eventual pregnancy options aren't out of nowhere. Smart move if you ask me, especially as the actual "breeding" part of her sex with Darrel won't start yet. KingB is cooking on that front, this shit isn't going to be medium-rare but well done!

Depends on the paths I think
The paths I've played Nat has mentioned countless of times she loves to get filled up by Darrell, not because she wants to get pregnant but I can imagine in the NTR path that she will, willingly, want to get pregnant. In this path, Ethan is literally a slave by the way, guy got thrown out the bedroom to make dinner lmao so I actually expect for more humiliation she will want to get pregnant.
In the cuck path she talks to Ethan about pills not always being effective while Ethan yaps on so in that path I can see a "surprise" pregnancy.
Also in the NTR path she says something like she's glad she's taking a lot of birth control pills otherwise she'd be in trouble from getting dicked down by Darrell so there is another "surprise" pregnancy option
Of course the Nat/Ethan vanilla path they will have kids.

Of course, every route will lead to Nat getting pregnant eventually, but the dev started setting up that whole storyline (especially for the NTR/Cuck paths) so that we don't end up with an update where Nat goes "Guess what? I'm pregnant.", but instead, the player will probably be conscious of the exact "moment" Nat conceives. Which is a good decision.
As long as he gives you a choice that isn't rudimentary. Idk the random bail out last minute and her saying yes dear is hot. Especially cuz of the scene where if u went hard sub route and she starts pushing, but it's ideal when she pushes purely in pursuit of your own releases. Her pleasure should be solely in the act of pleasing her weaker husband, like perfect porn star wife route. The Darrel taking over their lives is a dumb angle for me. Maybe this is taboo but the real test of her love is if Darryl gets her pregnant and she decides to abort it because it's not ethans, and I'm sure there's people who like the idea of u getting to decide this or if it's an idea all on her own. Think on her own decision is peak queen shit but who knows.
Ethan has already imagined Nat pregnant. They have discussed the risk of pregnancy. King B has also said pregnancy is a development target.
