Played about 10 minutes of this and there seems to be some NTR. Of course, someone would have to verify as I can't bring myself to play anymore of it.

Honestly if anything, you are trying to ntr sonas husband. She was with him before the events of a night with sona.

More like Sona getting with her husband between this game and A Night of Sona. IIRC, Sona said it was like months passed for her and thus had to move on (for the most part). For US, it was like a few days to a couple of weeks.
