No, you should have enough. Just use the big plate of noodles on Nanami when you run out of mana.

Also, use the ankake spaghetti on Kakeru, and the sweet rice jelly on Nanami, as they give you permanent buffs.

It doesn’t. It’s just freeplay, but you get to see her pregnant during the sex scenes.

Shame. One thing that's lacking in pregnancy games is the caring for and raising the child, at best they're born and exist in the world but you never have any meaningful interactions with them.

Not entirely sure, but I think you only get it once you’ve already obtained every love point you can from going to the café.
