First - game "Under the Gothic Witch".
Second - just SFM video. Mass Effect II : Morinths alt. Ending - KamaDevaSFM

By the way, you know there's Google Lens, right? And you can find almost anything with it. That's what I did with these two gifs.

I believe there was a vampire character introduced who looked far too loli for whoever judges such things. There might have been something else far more egregious, but it doesn't look like that reasoning has been made public if so.
