Sorry I only play the PC not the phone. I'm sure someone else can be more help.
The mod won't show up if you're playing the public version. Only the supporter version has the mod built in. Also, the mod will actually self destruct if you place the the script files from a different version into your game folder. The designer of the mod built it this way to prevent people using the public version from being able to use the mod.

There is no real grind in the game.
Check the quest tracker on Ryan's phone or look at the walk-through in the OP
i still have 1 event to do, which is the ntr event to not pay the guys and let jacky pay it off via stripping. is there a way to mark that one as failed or so? being on the loyalty route i really don't want that ntr event to stay open
You can leave it unfinished. Eventually we'll have it fail but for the time being it's going to remain as a consequence for not paying the mob.
The public version doesn't contain the cheat mod. Aside from that, nothing.
But in the game it is telling me I don't have any when I go to greet Cami in the living room. So I cannot go any further.
Hey what does "Respect" and "Affection" do?
Lol, I'm starting to wonder if this is some kind of meta-commentary joke on these games that there are two stats called "Respect" and "Affection" but neither one of them seems to actually be worth anything in the game?? hahaha.
I don't want to cheat or have spoilers or anything, I just keep avoiding Jacky going to the strip club cause it gives me 10 affection but now I have like 70 affection and it never seems to come up. Same thing with respect, I get respect from Sidney if I don't sell Lauren off but I don't know what that respect even does.

So what should I be calling it - Sama or D&S app on phone? Guessing the logo is meant to be D&S ?
Not positive - but I think both had more impact in the start of the game than at this point in the game.
But the dev(s) can speak to if there were any events where Respect and Affection were gate keepers for an event or series of events. (I.e. you had to higher than this number to start or continue.)
