When I help Lauren win the election, I fail the NTR event "All Aboard" but I also fail another event "Intruder" that I don't even have unlocked. Is that also an NTR event?

Probably. Been a while but IIRC
If you don't help her win, she takes it into her own hands by sucking & fucking everyone for votes (All Aboard?), if she loses she becomes the sex toy of her opponent (Intruder?).

but i already got Aunt and Mandy to move in. Also Aunt flashed me in Bathroom. But there are not both girls at lounge in the evening. It's just Lauren there.

I think you mean it's just Lauren.
Have you place the spy camara in the girls bathroom yet?

I had to start again and I am getting the bug with the mom's photoshoot. I have read the books but the game thinks I haven't. is there any way around this?

can't remember - but i guess... as Diaz comes over every week and i can let the girls slap each other if i don't pay her

That's for something else. You should be able to visit her in her surveillance van.
Talk to Lauren in the election HQ on tuesday afternoon then go out to the map in the evening or afternoon to see Diaz

election HQ? Diaz Van? ... hmm .... not sure anymore whether my savegame is broken or not. I never heared or seen something about any HQ for election nor am i able to see any van on map.

SIGH - guess i will have to start all over again - and i don't have the mood atm to do a startover.
