Xythurr ; DiddlerGames ; the reason he got my passive aggresive answers, is not that he hasn't a point, with stop paying, when update takes longer,
What, did annoy me is that he called Will a scamer (or its more softer form a milker) and a liar, and that he tried to rally up people to follow his example and stop supporting.
Will, did not pause payments, out of what ever reasons he has, but he notified, that the publishing of the Update takes longer, than usual, if someone chooses to continue supporting, it is the choice of that person, the whole situation could be managed different, yes, do we know in what emptional state Will is (stress, grief, etc) no!
are we in Will's shoes in this moment? plus this person did this in repeated ocasions.
He is entitled to his opinion and may judge if he likes, but going on sites and start badmouthing ? questionable,

Maybe I am an arrogant guy, but I think a fair time to complete an AVN is something like 3 years...4 if shit hit hard. We are not talking about an AA or AAA game...So anything above this window of time tells a lot about who is making it. I can't really stand devs who started an AVN in 2018 and are still "working on it" (like Harem Hotel just to name one)

Oh...I didn't know he was a scammer with crowd funding....I didn't mention Milfy City because it's a completed game, Harem Hotel, instead, still uncompleted and nobody can say at which point of the story the game is. :rolleyes:

True, but milfy city had a like 16 month delay or something and the dude went months without a single post to patreon. The thread said he abandonned the game at one point. He then rushed the final update and I think since has been working on the "DLC." It really shows how little some devs care about not only communicating with fans, but also with the people paying them. The last release was 2023 november, and his last post on patreon was september 2024.

Yes, my point was Grummz is a very extreme version of Will but for all we know his "excuses" could be valid. I wanted to know if anyone here(mainly that guy I was speaking with) would see anything wrong with a similar statement of me saying "He should pause payments/refund or they should withdraw funds supporting him"?

Like I said before, I GET any personal issues Will may have but he is still getting money from his fans with SOME expectation of a steady flow of updates. Personally, I would love if strenif has any clue how often(if at all) Will has worked on this game during the long delay?

Anyone, im sure in the next months, there WILL be an update and im almost positive there will be ANOTHER issue that comes up with a similar delay(or longer) and personally im curious what will be said then. As stated before this isnt Will's first time. He has personally stated he was trying to give more concrete days of release BECAUSE he failed to meet expectations, HE SET, over and over again.

The update is set to come out next Wednesday.

I've already started working on content for the following update.

Nothing I say on timelines is going to mean much. At this point, the proof is in the pudding as they say.

I will let you know that the majority of what I'm working on for that update will take place at the school.
We'll get into more details soon. But both NTR, and Harem players will like what we've got planned.

Hi Strenif ! Can you pass the message to make sure saved games will work also after the update ? It will get messy if we have to restart all from beginning...Thx in advance !

Played through the game again during the last few days. The game really picks up speed and momentum by the end. Can't wait to see where Will is going to take us next.

This could happen to any game on here. I supported for a bit at the lowest level as a "tip" for Will's good work and I WAS satisfied with it then. I became annoyed at the slow progress personally and so unsubscribed. Simple. If people have too much money in their pockets and they feel like supporting a "GoFundMe", then that's their choice. It's not my pocket they're using.

That's capitalism! Spend and let spend! ‍:illuminati:
