Oh nice, a new update! The only thing that really sucks about this game is the wait time between updates. I always end up forgetting most of the story. I think I will just start a new game and play the whole thing again.
Ah. So there a bug (alpha test).
You have to click on the book in the online store twice for some reason.
Haven't worked out what's causing it yet.
Just open the laptop, and click the book you want twice and then be in your room in the evening to read it.
i unlocked gallery using universal gallery unlocker. sharing save file doesn't seem to unlock gallery.
I went there all 7 days of the week, all times of the day (early, morning, afternoon, evening, night) and nothing.
I only get that the yard is dirty and nobody wanna go there, but no option to clean it.

I bought the 3 hp books, but when the MC calls the girls for the photoshop, the dialogue shifts as he did not read the book. Help
How to remove the idiotic anti-cheat or wrong cheat version or whatever was going when you clicked on the cheat and the game reloaded
1- re-extract the game [the script reload removed the rpa file of the cheat]
2- use unren to extract the rpa files
3- delete the Patreon_extra.rpa
4- after extraction go to \game\Patreon_$5_Gallery
5- edit file D.S.Mod.rpy with a notepad
6- find and replace these
with this
and this
with this

I downloaded the new version, pure game, no additions, extracted it and clicked on thefamilyventure application and got ZERO as far as a program. How can you you boot up this game. The last version ran fine.
All I got is, if you're running on Linux, sometimes they don't set the executable permissions on the files. Set the executable flag on <game name>.sh and in lib/linux_<your architecture>/<game name>. On the distros I know, you can do that by right-clicking on a file, selecting properties and looking for an "executable" option, but you may need to look it up.
There is a bug where the HP photoshoot opens up to soon. Make sure you've started the school election with Lauren by going to class Monday morning.

Feeling lucky I get to play another update, many thanks for all the hard work strenif. Will be checking it out today for sure.
I would only remind you, that this is the alpha build.
If you want a more bug, and typo free experience. I'd advise you wait a week for me to clean things up.
