In game commissions aren't standard practice. I've only done the one, and it was because DD0 paid me well, and it didn't step outside the main storyline at all. I've done one other event commission for KingKoopa that is not part of the story, but can be accessed in the gallery. I also do image commissions for our highest tier supporters that end up in the supporter gallery in the main menu.
