Thats why I stopped my subscription. And the $1 one gives you absolutely nothing but status updates, which is a nice big fat middle finger right in your face since Will has a problem even making a post about his latest excuse.
Way back when, I can't even remember if I asked in this thread or on Dicord but, I asked Will & strenif about an update. The answer that I got was that one was coming featuring Sydney (my fave) & Camille. I was also told that work had begun on a second title. I expreseed my skepticism about going to another project when the current one wasn't even at the half-way phase. The Moment that I read that a second title was being worked on, I knew that This one was toast. I got the last public version from last year on a hard drive. I guess I'll go to the paysite to get whatever was released as the pay version and cancel Christmas for this one. It's a shame too because it was one of the first two AVNs that I played that got me into VNs in the First place. Oh well, "Everything dies but some do prematurely."
Calling it now: He's gonna use that software issue he used a week ago as an excuse and say he didn't calculate correctly how long it would take for the release, he thought he could finish it by Sunday but couldn't. Next predicted deadline is gonna be next Sunday.
Because most of us are pirates who never paid him so we don't care. There is no righteous indignation. A lot of us know he is one of the better creators.
...And we will never care. Instead of convincing us to support him showing us he is a reliable guy, he does everything possible to send our interest (money) away. But who really cares...It's his problem to have such a bad reputation
It's not even that bad honestly. I think he just spoiled people too fast. A lot of the others that updated quick usually put out low effort updates. He puts out updates on what he is doing and how things are going reliably well. I think the longest he went without a post to the subscribe star was like 33 days.
I don't think there's a single person surprised by this.
If you go to SS and read Wills posts, you will get that answer, and much more. Just saying.
I just wanna know if it is full time, because working full time while also doing other thigns does cause burn out. If working on the game was his only source of income and it was full time I could be more understanding to people being upset, minimally but still still more.
