I just hope Sydney's NTR route gets another update this time too. The Mom's and Lauren's NTR route are already far advanced in comparison and Sydney is the one to have more of a romantic relationship with MC so it makes it more compelling, I also hope that they give us choices for MC to stop acting so dumb and being able to get out of the NTR route and recover them.

anyone find out why my game wont boot up even once? im hoping someone else had the same issue at least once and can help me figure out whats wrong.
There is a night event with Cami planned, but she will be very awake for it.

If I understand correctly, this is an access problem, and it seems you're trying to run the game as a Windows app on Linux, which apparently isn't working properly.
The game should run natively on Linux, since Ren'Py has built-in Linux support.
You should probably find a guide on how to run the game natively on Linux.
Does anyone have a save from the ending of V2, non NTR? I couldn't find one on here, and the link on the SS page for full save files doesn't work.
Thanks. Now i'm even more confused as i downloaded the mac file, and am running it on a macbook pro. The file (which i've since re-downloaded) is definitely labeled a mac file, but i don't know how to check to see if it is, or it's been mislabeled. Thanks again for the feedback though!

It should be the correct file for Mac if there's a *.app file in the ZIP archive.
Android uses an APK file, while Windows/Linux uses various files.
When i read the error message, i initially thought it was a Linux issue.
But if the game is throwing the error, it could also be that your download was corrupted or that a bug in the Mac version was overlooked.
I don't know if the developers even own a Mac or if they're creating the Mac version blindfolded.
Most people probably play AFV on Windows and Android.
I also had this problem, fixed it by moving the game to Applications, then opening Terminal, typing:

xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine "/Applications/AFamilyVenture.app"As far as I know, the reason for the error was that the game was running in a read-only environment and Renpy tried to create a folder there, which caused the error
There's already a gallery unlocker built into the game.
I wish the Samba App on the phone would also allow for Frustration as a variable to be adjusted. (Yeah I know - a much bigger deal to do than it sounds like.)

It doesn't work, at least for me. But there are already a gallery unlocker in this game.
If you want to try making a gallery unlocker to the game 'Bright past', it would be great.
I've noticed for some games (don't recall if I had issues with this one) that if I used the MAC to unzip it, the files would be locked; but if I used Windows and moved it to the MAC it would be fine.
