To unlock Aunt Cami's events, you must have been in prison with Jacky to visit Tony.
Afterward, the Sexual Frustration stat should be unlocked for Jacky. If you then interrupt her masturbating at school, in the bathroom in the evening, or at night in her room, she'll kick Aunt Cami out.
Then you can go to the lounge and play the events.
It's also important that Aunt Cami has her housemaid outfit and that you get her to reveal her silicone Mountains while cleaning.

Go to the kitchen early Sunday morning.
Jacky will be on the phone there.
Afterwards, Jacky and Ryan go to the prison.
Jacky is really keen to have sex with Tony, but it doesn't happen because Tony has already had a visit from Candy, which Jacky doesn't know.
After the Prison Event, you can interrupt Jacky while she's masturbating, as described, and increase her sexual frustration so that Aunt Cami is banished from her room.

Normally, Ryan should talk to the aunt and then eventually get a bottle of wine from the kitchen.
But that's not working, and I can't find any errors.
